SWIVEL BELT OPERATION |
Shutters are raised and lowered from the inside by a continuous cord which secures on a clip when not is use. |

GEARED BELT OPERATION |
Shutter are raised and lowered from inside by a continuous cord which secures to a Geared Belt winder and is operated by a removable handle. |

ROD CRANK OPERATION |
Shutters are raised and lowered from inside by a rod crank winding handle which hangs down vertically beneath the box and secures on a clip when not in use. |

SPRING LOADED OPERATION |
For external operation the shutters can be Spring Loaded with a transverse key lock in the bottom lath. The bottom slat projects 60mm below the shutter when fully raised. |

ELECTRIC OPERATION |
Motors are required on larger shutters and are optional on smaller shutters. The tubular motor fits inside the axle and draws approximately 250 watts, 3amps. Operation is by Toggle switch, Key switch or remote control. |

H25 GUIDE RAIL |
H25 extruded aluminium guides are provided as standard. Powder Coated white or brown as standard, but available in any RAL or BS colours at a premium. |

H30 GUIDE RAIL |
H30 extruded aluminium guides are available on request. Powder Coated white or brown as standard, but available in any RAL or BS colours at a premium. |

H40 GUIDE RAIL |
H40 High Security extruded aluminium guides are available at a premium. Powder Coated white or brown as standard, but available in any RAL or BS colours at a premium. |

REMOVABLE GUIDE RAILS |
Appropriate on bar and servery applications with 2+ shutters where the opening needs to be clear. The top of each removable guide rail locates into a matching 70mm length which is permanently fixed to its end plate. The bottom of the guides is secured using a shoot bolt. |

SHOOTBOLTS IN BOTTOM LATH |
Keyless shoot bolts, used as an alternative to Bottom Lath Locks on Bar and Serveries. |

BOTTOM LATH LOCK |
Included as standard with all Spring Loaded shutters. The lock is fitted into the bottom lath, when the key is turned it shoots aluminium bars into the guide rails each side. |

GUIDE RAIL BULLET LOCKS |
Where additional security is required or an alternative to a bottom lath lock. The housing is self tapped onto the guide and the bullet lock locates into the housing, through the curtain and through the back of the guide rail. |

SOMFY TUBE MOTORS |
All our Electric Roller shutters include a High Quality Somfy motor, which include a Manufactures 5 Year parts Warranty. Available with or without a Manual Override. |

TOGGLE SWITH |
Single Pole Switch to operate one shutter with an electric motor. Supplied with a surface mounted back box as standard with all electric shutters. Flush mounted back box available on request. Dual Pole Switch is available to operate two shutters next to each other. |

KEY SWITCH |
Single/Dual Pole Key switch is used instead of a standard switch to deliver extra security. Also available is the Anti Tamper Key Switch, which is Tamper proof. |
FITTERS MATE CONTROLLER |
The Fitters Mate controller reduces the voltage to the Switch from 240V down to Low Voltage. Its also allows the shutter to be wired into the fire alarm. | |

REMOTE CONTROL |
Fitted internally it enables shutters to be operated remotely. Can be operated by Key Fobs, Remote Key Switch, Remote Toggle Switch, Remote Keypad or Anti Tamper Key Switch. |

ANTI DROP BRAKE |
To comply with the Construction Products Directive all doorway shutters require an anti fall back device when the maximum out of balance static force exceeds 200 newton's after component failure. |

SAFETY EDGE |
When the rubber comes into contact with an obstruction when the door is moving in the down direction, the door stops and retracts back to release what it made contact with. |

PHOTO ELECTRIC CELL |
The Photo Electric Cell is designed to check for any obstructions before the shutter opens or closes. It increases safety as it prevents the door from operating if there is a risk of someone getting injured. |

MANUAL OVERRIDE |
Used as a way of manually operating motorised shutters in the event of a power failure. Various options include Fixed, Removable or Hook & Eye. |

BATTERY BACKUP |
The Battery Backup has been designed to provide power for roller shutters when mains power is not available. The system can be set to provide standby power for up to 100 days. During a power failure the unit will have enough power to provide at least eight complete shutter cycles. |

BOX SECTION PACKERS |
We have a large range of Steel and Aluminium Box Section packers available. Used to pack off to avoid obstructions like skirting boards, architrave, cables and pipes. |

STEEL AND ALUMINIUM ANGLE |
We have a large range of Steel and Aluminium Angle available. Used to pack off to avoid obstructions and close off any gaps around the shutter. |
