STANDARD BOTTOM TRACK |
The "W" Section Bottom Track is supplied as standard. |

LOW PROFILE BOTTOM TRACK (NOT LPC TESTED) |
The Low Profile "T" Section Bottom Track is available although it will void the LPC Certificate as it has not been tested. |

HINGED LIFT UP BOTTOM TRACK |
Hinged Lift Up Bottom tracks are generally used over doorways. The bottom track lifts up flat against the grille which prevents people tripping over the bottom track. |

LIFT OUT BOTTOM TRACK |
Lift Out Bottom tracks are generally used over doorways. The bottom track lifts out and can be stored away. This option is usually used when the bottom track is too long for it to be hinged. |

HINGE AROUND FACILITY (NOT LPC TESTED) |
The grille can be installed so that the stack hinges 90 degrees to fold flat against the wall. Also requires Lift Up or Removable Track. Although its available it will void the LPC Certificate as it has not been tested. |

FACE FIX TRACKS |
The grille can be Surface mounted. To achieve this the Top/Bottom Tracks have a 20mm x 50mm box section fixed to the track, providing a fixing point across the width. |

FIXED PANEL |
The CS11 can be supplied as a fixed sash when retraction is not a requirement. This is often used as an alternative to fixed bars. |

FLOATING SASH |
The grille can be supplied as a floating sash. With locking both sides of the assembly, the gates are able to bunch in the middle or to either side of the opening. The design facilitates easy cleaning of window and can improve flexibility of access. |

BOTTOM RUNNING |
The grille can be supplied as a bottom running version for applications where suitable top fixings are not available or for very heavy gates. Although its available it will void the LPC Certificate as it has not been tested. |
